iBook - ibook g4 problem booting

hello guys.

i have a problem booting my ibook g4 (late 2005)
ones get the withe screen with the logo stop to work, no small thinking circle under the logo.
i tried restart the pmu and don't work (wen i pres apple-option-p-r don't restar only give me the in repeated times )
i tried the safe mode and don't
starting pressing alt give me the menu with 2 arrows one to continue and other to reset, and in the middle the hard drive with a blue cross in the right bottom corner.
i tried burning the disc warrior from a PC, but didn't work
im in indonesia and is impossible to get mac software
i don't have any change to get a support in the next month and you are my only hope

Edsteve,
exactly in what city you are in Indonesia? if you're in Jakarta you can go to Ratu Plaza (go to the 3rd floor) there's so many store that sell Mac software and Apple hardware there.
