My 5 week old white Macbook is starting to fall apart.

The top and bottom casing is starting to seperate in several places, i spoke to Apple and they say it is a common problem.

Has anyone had theirs repaired and not had a problem since?

Would i be able to demand a new one from the shop i purchased it from?
QUOTE Thanks

Took it back to store and after a bit of arguing got it swapped out for a new one.
