I recently bought one of the new MBs (2.4) and I really like it. Everything was fine, but I had to go and recalibrate because that was what I did with all of my other macs.
After that, the battery life has been cut in half and the machine heats up to the point where it is uncomfortable to have on my lap. Before recalibrating, these were not problems. (According to iStat, the CPU is up around 86 degrees and the fan is running around 3033 as of this writing). Has anyone else had this problem and, more importantly, does anyone know how to fix it? |
