MacBook Pro - MacBook Pro - Web Cam Question

I love my new MBP except that I can't get it to save the cam settings in the flash player setting area. I use the cam for our flashchat chat room.

Spent 2 hours on phone with Apple and they said it's an ADOBE FLASH PLAYER problem. To use the iSight as a web cam on a MBP I have to select the USB Video Class Video selection in the flash player setting webcam area.

I did that and the green light came on to the right of the iSight cam and the feed showed up in the little white box, however when I click close on the setting box the green light for the iSight cam goes out and the feed do not stream to the chat room.

Any suggestions?
