I'm using my girlfriends macbook and I can see that it has a lower colour depth than a usual macbook. It doesn't look much better than 256 colours - for example the logo on this site doesn't have a gradient around it, it has a load of dots.
Sysprefs says its running in millions of colours (I know...not true...) but I've directly compared with other macbooks and this is worse. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do? Thanks for any help. |
