ok so i bought my black macbook maybe 3 and one half weeks ago. i paid 1500 at bestbuy for it. and I REALLY REALLY WANT THE NEW ONE. best buys return policy is 14 days. i don know what the exchange is, anyone, you would think i could because im getting a more expencive product. another problem. i live in minneseota and im in florida un till the 22

Well if the return policy is 14 days and you've had it for more than that, then you're pretty much out of luck, at least when it comes to being able to return it.

Your only course of action is to sell it and buy a new one.
