Mac Specs: 20" Imac 2.16ghz intel core duo , 30gb ipod, 16 gb 3g iphone,PowerBook G4 1.67ghz 1Gb ram

I just recently got a used powerbook G4. 1.67ghz ,,1GB ram. iwas wondering since you need a intel based unit to run imovie hd , if there was an older version of ilife or imovie that was made for these machines? thanks

iLife 08 runs great on my 12" PowerBook G4, but I guess 06 might be quicker. I never use iMovie, so I am not sure if you need an intel machine, but as for iPhoto, etc.., all the 08 apps run great for me.
