I've been searching everywhere I know of. Apple is no help either for parts either. I put up a post in the buy/sell area too. Basically all I need is a inverter cable for a 2.2ghz macbook. For some reason this cable is different than all other macbooks inverter cables ><. It was a flat 4 pin connector on the logicboard side and all the ones I have ordered/returned are the ones that snap on top of 2.0 and 2.1 Macbooks. I'm stressing out here because I need this cable to finishing repairing my macbook for school. If you have any info or where you think I can find one, other than eBay lol, been there done that! Let me know thanks!!! New to this site so going to browse around.

What exactly does this cable do? The only inverter I can can think of is one to convert DC to AC in order to run your notebook in a car. Please explain and/or show a picture of the connector you are talking about.

Right, it is the inverter cable from the LCD backlight inverter to the logic board, small cable that is inside the macbook. A pain to find for the 2.2 macbook I guess
