My battery health just died, i mean it went from 94% to 54% in one week. Does anyone know what could have caused this? I just don't want to buy another battery for the same thing to happen again.

Have you tried to calibrate your battery. I try to do this once a week, if now more. Here's how.

Hope this helps!

I had the same problem with my Gateway laptop. Gateway sent me a replacement because it was still under warranty, but it did the same thing. They said that no one will warranty a battery for more than one year. For that reason, I'll never buy another laptop -- Mac or Windows.
