I am having a severe screen issue with my Macbook. I am running Leopard, and while using the computer all of sudden my screen faded and then came back and looked like the attached picture. It went away once for a few hours and has now returned. I am fairly new to mac's and I can't figure this out, can anyone please help me? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is your MacBook still under warranty? If it is and the symptoms persist, make an appointment to take it in to your local Apple store or authorized dealer and have an Apple tech look at it.
As far as the screen issue is concerned, the attached JPG looks like all color is gone resulting in B/W. Could be anything from software to a hardware fault. Regards. |
