you might want to do a search. there's a lot of topics on this that have been covered already.

but anyway, i use a soft cloth dampened with warm water for the screen and keyboard. or, if you're looking for something like a product to buy, i'd recommend iklear. i also heard mr. clean magic eraser works well on the white macbook but i haven't tried this method yet.
