Well I don't know how but I've got stains on the arrow keys on my Macbook.

Whats the best way to try and remove these?

I recommend rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab. Should take the stains right out. Probably best to do it while the computer is off, just to be safe. Then wait a minute for it to evaporate.

There is no system but GNU and Linux is one of its kernels.

I'd also recommend a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser - it works wonders on any kind of plastic, particular anything with a surface grain to it.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

Never tried it, but it is a bit abrasive (although not enough to harm any surface I've ever used it on), so make sure you test it on an inconspicuous spot if you do decide to try it.
