I just bought a Macbook. First I charged the battery, then when I pressed the power button, it didn't start. It just beeped really loudly. If I remember correctly, it beeped in sequences of 2 beeps followed by a pause. I turned it off and then turned it on again, and then it worked fine.

What did the beeps mean? Should I worry?
QUOTE Thanks

I dunno what two mean but if it's all fine now I wouldn't worry too much.

One startup chime is normal btw.
QUOTE Thanks
