how do i change my wallpaper with a picture i downloaded for the internet, thanks

OK, then, what should be able to do is put the image in your pictures folder, and then go to System Preferences - Desktop & Screensaver - Wallpaper. Then select your pictures folder and from the left hand side and choose the image you put in it.
