HI can any one recomend a 7200 rpm 2.5" internal HD 100 > 200g for a powerbook g4 1.67ghz Hi Ress Model, im not very techy and there seems to be a lot to chose from.

I would say yes to getting it if you like having a really hot laptop. You know how hot your laptop gets, it'll only get hotter if you get a 7200 RPM HDD.
