    MacBook Pro RAM question
    I want to know I have a macbook pro core duo 2.0ghz and it says max 2gb ram but I was told from some other people it will still work with 2x2gb ram has anyone done this

    27" iMac i5, 3.2 GHz, iPad 3, iPhone 5c, iPhone 6+, 3 iPods, El Capitan
    It may "still work" with 4 GB of memory installed, but what good is the extra memory going to do if it's not recognized and utilized by the machine?

    Crucial will take your input and tell you the maximum ram.

    that is what I want to know if i put 2x2gb in will it read it and use the full 4gb I am working FCP studio2
