MacBook Pro - Display issue, looks bluesih washed out, help!

First of, Hi! newbie to macs here, trying to learn as much as I can!. I'm an expert at pcs though

Bossed macbook pro display looks funky, blue is very washed out hard to read here's a pic

any ideas?

Ah Figured it out......Software related, user set universal access to max!
