I have a Macbook Pro about 8 months old. I love the computer, but absolutely do not like the keyboard. It seems inaccurate and it's just not...clicky enough.

This is the keyboard I have:

This is the keyboard I want:

Is it possible or are the keyboards incompatible?

The plastic casing of the MacBook's keyboard won't fit the aluminum casing of the MacBook Pro.

No, it's not possible. The Macbook's is a totally different design in every way and integrated with the top plate of the Macbook. The keys are totally different and will not work either.

Whenever you have a thought like this, the best thing to do is not to ask whether it's possible, but whether it's feasible. Just about anything is possible with the right amount of money, patience, time, talent and fabrication - but it might not be feasible for you to do. Do you have experience with laptop disassembly and fabrication?

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
