MacBook Pro - Battery issues.

hey.

i got my "old" macbook pro, i bought it 4/1-07. (april 1, 2007).

so its only 1 year and 1-2 month old.

it is pluggedin with AC power like 24/7.

I know apple recommend i use the battery 100% 1 time at month.
but i dident know that.

I have installed istat pro to my widget and its says there was 16% health and then i was travled with the train to work yesterday it was 16% then i get on the train and then i did come at work it was only 5%

what can i do???

i had search on google for a solution and a guy told me that apple had some problems with the battery's on macbook & MBP from october 06 to april 07.

You can totally discharge it, just use it unplugged until it goes to sleep and let it turn off, then totally charge it back up again before starting up.

My MacBook battery has just given up at going on two years old and 460 cycles, plugged in most the time and generally abused. They don't last forever, I personally think mine did pretty well and I'm not too bitter about replacing it.
