Today after I turned on my computer I discover a thin stream of green dots appears on the left hand of the screen...anyone have that problem too? is my screen slowly dying? thanks for the help in advance!

I'm very much a mac newbie myself, but I found this thread on a search. It might not answer your problem, but someone got a replacement out of it....

PS. Do the dots move at any point? Will give an indication as to whether they're dead/stuck pixels or whether it's hardware/software.
