Hi,
Recently(for the first time), i have been getting problems with my macbook pro's keyboard. For some letters (notably i and k), I have to press them many times for them to be inputed, sometimes for some reason having to press other keys before they finally work. this is really frustrating especially at this time when i'm typing a lot.

Does anyone know how to solve this, and why it's doing this?

i had this same issue mine being "a" and "o" mostly

i took it to apple and they replaced the keyboard on the spot and i had it back in an hour

Thanks for the reply. Will they do it even if my macbook isn't under guarentee anymore?
My uncle bought this macbook a couple of years ago from LA (i live in england) but didn't really use it because he was more used to windows so he sent it to me as a gift few months ago.
Did they ask you for any document(s) when u went to repair it?
