Hi,
I was wondering if there are any apps to:
1) delete unecessary files
2) optimize your HD

This is my first mac so i installed ALOT of useless stuff just to try it out, then i deleted most of it but there are alot of installation/library/config files all over the HD. Eventhough they are not very big, it is anoying having so many useless files around. Is there something that cleans everything up. I also noticed that when i burn DVD's it is awfully slow. To burn a dvd it takes about 40 minutes, though when i first bought it, it only took about 18-20 minutes.

Any advise would be apreciated, thanks.

Or you could try Xupport (forgot the site, just google it and you should come up with the site). It's as good as Cocktail, except it doesn't run out after 10 uses, like Cocktail does.

Good luck, I have both for various tasks.
