I am designing a website for owners who use mac computers. when they view videos which i created with flash program(sothink) or use windows media player (they have downloaded the plug-in for mac users) the videos are either choppy or take 3 minutes to load.

What is the best software to design videos for mac users
QUOTE Thanks

Virtually any video file will work - Flash, MPEG, avi.

What kind of Macs have you tested them on?
