Is the 2.0GHx processor in the iMac an E4400 or T7250?

I don't know which 2 Ghz imac your refering to. But for the imacs this is what mactracker says for all the 2 Ghz imacs that were ever built.

G5 20 inch (Ambient light sensor): PowerPC 970FX
Early 2006 20 inch (Core Duo): T2500
Late 2006 17 inch (Core 2 Duo): T7200
Mid 2007 20 inch (Core 2 Duo + glossy screen): T7300

I don't see the either of the 2 options you mentioned anywhere.

Aaah, it must be the t7300. I mistakenly thought the L2 was 2MB. It is in fact 4MB indicating the t7300.
