Hey,

So I replaced my old dead mac mini hdd with a new one. I plugged all the cables and everything in correctly, I can hear it spinning when I turn my Mac on.
However when I go to install OS X it tells me that I don't have any drives available that I can install to.
I reset my PRAM and my firmware.

Let me know what could be the problem...

Sandy

Might need to format the drive. During the install, go up to the menubar and choose Utilities -> Disk Utility. Do you see the drive there on the left? Click it and choose Erase. You should be able to install on it now.
QUOTE Thanks
