Here is a great deal from NewEgg right now that I imagine won't last long: The discount price for Crucial 1GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Notebook Memory Model CT12864AC667 - OEM is $44.99. In addition, each stick is eligible for $20 rebate. Makes for 2GB of Crucial RAM for my Mini at a total of $59.98 plus shipping and handling. Great deal!
