I was wondering if the 2,33 GHz processor is worth the extra 250€/$. (24" model)
I do a lot of video-editing, gaming, photoshop, so?

The question though is whether the small speed increase is worth the money?

In my opinion no, and it would be better spent on another gig of RAM.
