    i know that i can run windows on mac but i wanth to know if i can run my old programs from windows in macpro (adove premiere elemnt is for edit videos)

    I would suppose that if the Apps in question will still run under WinXP, then yes. You can't run Windows Apps under OSX though, you have to either boot to WinXP or use Parells.

    You can't run any Windows apps in Mac OSX, just like an XBox wont run Nintento Wii games.

    However there are things like Darwine which try to provide a Windows application layer for OSX and Linux. Doesn't run many things that well though.

    You're always better with native apps.
