Question , can I put a new hard drive in the second bay of my G5 , make an exact image copy of my system drive , change the startup disk to the newer bigger drive ,shut down the computer and replace the system drive with another newer larger drive and use it as the secondary or additional storage to the startup disk ?

Hi tj,

Apologies I didn't notice the Powermac G5. Yes, you can utilized the second bay, you can install up to 250GB SATA hard drive as your workspace.
QUOTE Thanks
