Fan problemI have a problem where the fan on my iMac intel core duo starts up each time the computer is on. Well, when I say start, I suppose it should be up and running anyway, what I mean is that it's making one **** of a noise.
Can anyone suggest what it may be?
The computer crashed the day before this started happening...

SMU problem maybe? Try to reset it. Is the EFI up-to-date?
