mini - mac mini video prob w/raritan kvm..ok till lcd

I have a raritan switchman 4 port kvm connected to my mac mini, 2 pc's (1 linux, 1 windows) and an hpux workstation.

All was great until I moved from a 20" CRT to a 19" widescreen LCD.

both pc's and the hpux workstation work great via the raritan (once video settings tweaked on the pc's)....mac wont work at all via the kvm, BUT if I plug the monitor directly into the DVI-VGA adapter, it works fine.

This seems to indicate that the lcd is fine, the mac is fine, the combination is fine, but for some reason it wont work via the raritan.

Any ideas?
