Hi, having searched a few forums and had no luck, I was wondering if anyone has come across a solution for drive sense errors cropping up on a Superdrive?
I can't get any disc to burn, dvd or cd, and it's really annoying!
Could my Superdrive be knacked?
Do I really need to buy an external burner now to slove it?
Any help appreciated!
I am using Toast to burn or direct from iTunes.Same result both ways.

If your mac is under warranty, i recommend you get apple to look at it.

I'd take it to apple all the same. They're the only ones you can trust to fix it. Doesn't seem like something you can just rip out of there and look at, nor is it software-related. Maybe bad burning head.
