. i hav a 400mhz g4 that when plugged in wont start up....i it te power button ad nothin works.

If you paid your light bill and you have verified power to the unit try force power on or try booting from a norton disc.

What is force power on?!? Pressing the powerbutton until your thumb's going through the plastic??
And how would he boot with a Norton disc, if the machine doesn't boot at all?

Quite senseless...

If the G4 doesn't give any sign of starting up (assuming you are connected to a working powerline, of course :cool: ) it's either your PMU that needs to be reset (disconnect from power and press the PMU button located on the mainboard ONCE!) or the powersupply might be faulty...
