I have a quiksilver and I need to buy an upgrade card so I can edit movies with more ease.... I have no idea which one to buy or what brand... I don't understand the L2 cache and L3 cache concept... For example I was looking at the sonnet 1.4 gig card that has 256 mb l2 cahe and 2mb L3 cache.... Then I found the powerforce card that is 1.6 gigs and has 512 L2 cache but no L3 cache, and the price is lower than the sonnet or fastmac 1.4 cards???? Can someone simply tell me which card is fastest for my purpose of editing movies on final cut.... My budget is $260..... Please help me decide...... Thanks...
QUOTE Thanks
