Finally got a Mac pro after returning my imac. It's a 2.6 gig intel xeon processor, 2 gig of ram, 250 gig hdd, and a 30 inch cinema display. I decided to order all my software today as well. It will be here tomorrow. I ordered every pro app they had, Logic pro 7 with a keyboard, final cut studio, shake, another internal hdd (500 gig) isight camera, (on backorder). I can't wait till tomorrow. God I love student discounts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On another subject, does anyone know how the jam packs work? Are they music plug ins for garageband and apeture so I can add more instraments to it?? What are they exactly? If anyone knows let me know.

Chris

If you want some good plugs for Logic, just get the Waves Native Power Pack. Best $335 you'll spend on an addition to you audio application.
