Mac Specs: iMac Intel Core Duo 2Ghz 20", MacBook Intel Core 2 Duo 2Ghz 13"

Just wondering if there is any good benchmark application tests for the iMac Intel? For example I saw this one video on youtube where he opened all the applications on the dock at once on his Mac Pro.. Not sure if it was a script or an actual benchmark program.
