help - where is the PMU switch on G4 ?

Hi all and help!
where is the pmu exactly on an 03 model power mac g4?
I know I need to switch it on and off to restore my mac to normal helth but I can see it at all
all help greatfully received:actual pics of the pmu even more greatfully received
