    help with power mac g4
    i am trying to get to factory settings on a power mac g4, but i have no discs.. can anyone please help me???

    Not without any disks. You need the disks to erase, reformat, and do a fresh install of the OS on the hard drive.

    iMac i5 2.7GHz, 16GB memory, OS 10.11.1.
    We may be able to help you find them on eBay and such. First supply the G4 details, model number, CPU capacity etc.
    Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
