I use Yahoo to send the same message to a group of people. How can I do that using 'Mail"?

On Yahoo you likely have created a group with your contacts there, if you use Mac Mail through Yahoo, you can connect it to your Yahoo account and it might bring along all your groups for you to use.

If that doesn't work, then within the Contacts app, you can create a group and use it in Mac Mail..

Be aware that a LOT of providers will not allow you to email more than, say, 50 people at a time using a regular email client. This is an anti-spamming measure.
