my mac is really slow to load up now when I open entourage it takes ages to show emails.I don't have windows but I have microsoft office.

Makes sense...since you are using an Apple computer running the Mac OS (although a Mac can run Windows under the correct conditions).

I think that you're about 5 steps ahead if us in this conversation. I think we need to back up a bit...and bring us up to speed.

- When did this problem start?
- What EXACT Mac computer model do you have?
- What OS version is it running?
- How much ram does it have?
- How full is the hard drive (gigs used & gigs free)?
