hi, i am planing to buy apple desktop. but i have no idea about mac.i will be running is some 3d software like, maya, 3ds max and some graphic software. i want help in selecting the hardware like graphic card , ram etc. help me

Mac Specs: 2012 13" MBP (2.5 i5, 8GB)

The simplest thing to do would be to map out the system requirements for each application and then compare those to the specs offered by each of the machines Apple has. Are you looking more for a tower or an iMac?
