    Trouble-shooting an old mac
My sister gave me her old mac 10.4.11 she said i was a caveman when it comes to the info-age. Well the trouble i have is when i turn on the mac it flashes the world 15 times & flashes the finder in a file and gets smaller each time it flashes. Is there someone out their that can help me please also where can i find all the start up disc. That came with this mac, i have no clue as to where too find them at. Thank you for your help

    Specs:
    27" i7 iMac, 24" iMac, 13" Macbook Air, iPhone 6S, iPod Nano 7th GeniPad 3
Finding install disks for older versions of OS X like Tiger (10.4) isn't easy. You'll have to search on eBay or Craigslist..

    Specs:
    Imac 27" Retina 3.3GHz, 512GB Flash, 16GB memory, OS X.11.4.
If this 'old Mac' has a DVD optical drive this type of operating discs will be great:-

Apple Mac OS x 10 4 6 "Tiger" Install DVD with Restore Discs 10212559 | eBay

If only a CD drive, well that is a much harder search.
Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
