Will there be a FireWire 800 adapter for the iMac core duo?

If not, what would be the best way to have and external HD for video editing?

Mac Specs: Powerbook G4/ 15.2"/ 1.67 ghz/ 2 gb RAM/ ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 (128 mb RAM)/ 100 gb hdd@ 5400 RPM

The new iMac really isn't intended for someone who is going to do hardcore editing to a point where they're running multiple FireWire 800 drives. You'd probably want to pick up a PowerMac for that.

I'd use Windows... but I like the Mac OS more.
