MacBook USB keyboard deactiviate
Some days ago my MacBook Pro had an "accident" in which my daughter threw over it a glass of milk.
Now a days, and after a hard cleaning work, some keys works fine and some others no. But the worst part is that some keys work alone. So when I'm trying to write some thing or even when I'm reading anything the keyboard start to work by itself doing the work impossible.
There's any way to deactivate the internal MacBook Pro keyboard's USB port in a way to connect a external keyboard and stop having the annoying interferences of the damage's one?
I'm not English speaking, so sorry about my poor english...
Thanks and regards. Daniel.
You can try Keyboard Cleaner, a program meant to allow you to clean your keyboard without having the keypresses do anything, but in your case you would run it all the time and then use the external keyboard..
There is another more drastic method by removing the keyboard support from OS X itself.
I would recommend the app first and if that doesn't do it, then switching to the second method..
Thanks Raz0rEdge! Great info!
The second one it's what I looking for ;D
