I have a Iici , I put in a new HD, new PRAM battery, and new powersupply, before I put those parts in it would boot up, then turn off and back on and click, with the new parts, it got to the "sad mac" logo, then shut off. I tried to turn it back on, and it will not even turn on. What could the problem be?

Since the computer sounds like it didn't work properly before or after installing the replacement parts...then the problem is probably the logic board.

If its a clean HD you could have a firmware issue.
