Hi Mac Friends!
Here is my problem. I had a HD that was dammaged and I replaced them w new one. As i saw that there is some space (250 GB) on the damaged one that I can use for BackUp External Drive, i did some Disk Utilities Erase and Partition on that one. After i transfered soke of my data on this BackUp HD, I can not use all of them Some of them are corrupted (message is lost I/O connection)!?... I tryed to erase (Nul) but i didn't made it!. I force stoped it (shutDown) after couple of hours waiting to finish . What else I can do to fix this damaged HD?Verify Disk on that external HD said everythig is OK! Thanks !

Never use a damaged hard drive to store data even if only part of the drive is not useable. It's only a matter of time before the entire drive will fail. The answer is to buy a new hard drive to store your data. |
