Hi all how easy is it to replace a screen on a G5 imac?
as ive now started getting lines

First off, take a screenshot and make sure the lines are not there. If they are, it's not your screen that has gone but your graphics card.

ive dont that and there not there so it must be graphics card does anyone know were i can get one for an imac G5 17" with no isight camera

If you took a screen shot, and the lines are NOT there, it's the screen.


There is no graphics card for iMac G5, it is soldered to the logic board and cannot be replaced. A logic board replacement would be your only option.
