imac and macbook pro hanging after sleep

Hi

I've read several posts about this issue - macs which hang after sleeping. I had this problem with both my imac and my macbook pro. Seem finally to have traced it to the Kaspersky security software I had on both machines. I've now replaced this with another product and both machines seem OK now.

Thought I'd mention this in case it might help anyone else in a similar situation.

Thanks for posting this as a reminder. This is a known problem with the Kaspersky AV software for OS X. Unfortunately this software acts as if it is a virus!

If you must use AV software on your machine we recommend the free ClamXav 2.

Clamxav or Sophos are the best.
