So i just purchased a new iMac a couple days ago and have been using it with no problems until today i've gotten two kernel panics within a 20min period and i'm trying to find the cause of it. i'm new to macs in general so i'm hoping someone can tell me something from this log.

Short answer. If you cannot figure it out quickly...and since the computer is only a couple days old...return the computer.

I wouldn't expect it to be anything serious and i haven't gotten another one since those 2 and i saw something about wireless in the logs and i was tethering from my iPhone so maybe some kind of driver error caused it.

Have you done anything with this iMac since you purchased it...such as installing any hardware (ram, hard drive, etc.)? Or plugged any peripheral devices into it (printers, usb items, etc.)?

You really shouldn't be getting kernel panics after only a couple days of ownership.
