As I just bought a PowerMac G5 off of ebay, (1.8GHz DP) I need to buy an airport extreme car to go in it. I am confused as to which one.

Only because the picture of the one provided by apple (AirPort Extreme Card: Compatible Macs)

is different than the one I'm planning to buy on ebay, although they are both still Airport Extreme cards.

Genuine MacBook Pro Airport Extreme Card AR5BXB6 A1181 603-8214-A Ar5424 | eBay

(the pins seem to be different.)

I noticed in the title of the one on ebay says Macbook Pro Airport Extreme Card, But, I'm just not sure.

I think but not 100% sure, This is the Card Does your G5 have a AGP Video card or not?

AirPort Extreme Card M8881LL/A A1026 G5 MDD-FW800 iMac PowerBook-G4 eMac Apple | eBay

And you'll need this

PowerMac G5 + Mac Pro 922-6043 Antenna, AirPort, External | eBay

If I'm Right then you'll need all this stuff, And the Airport card is plug and play no drivers etc..

Usually antenna are built in, as they were included in the specs when new. The card Tyler indicates is the one.

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

It came with the Antenna, but I just used ethernet, and it's fine.
